Our Story

Javid was incorporated in 1983, in Nogales, Arizona. It is a privately held company owned by Roberto “Bob” Klosek, President /Founder and Richard Rubin, CEO. Both live in the USA not far from the border and are involved in the day to day activities, with each concentrating on their individual skills; Bob on Lean Manufacturing Techniques and Richard on Soft Skills and team building.

We currently have over 4500 employees in over 37 different locations, renting over 2 Million Square Feet, headquarter in city of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico with operations in many different locations in Mexico. Javid has been helping other manufactures operate in Mexico for over  years, in a grand array of industries.

Javid LLC and Javid de México have always been, and continue to be a proud member of the AMS (Association of Maquiladoras in Sonora), INDEX, Santa Cruz County Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Nogales Santa Cruz County Port Authority, with representation on the Board of Directors.

We pride ourselves with our reputation and our people. We live by our set rules that have made us successful. The owners and staff firmly believe in Continuous Improvement, always looking for the best and most efficient way of doing business.
